The concept «national wealth» and ways of its measurement in a modern
economics are analyzed. On the basis of comparison of parameters of a level
of national wealth of the various countries of the world it is judged necessity
of perfection of quality of the human capital as base of the future prosperity
of Russia. The general idea and the purpose of the future Russian society
are formulated, norms of morals and culture are discussed. The basic features
cultural-spiritual, ecological, depopulational, etc. crises of modern Russia
are considered.
