Two models of an estimation of a present condition
of the national economy achieved as a result of decade of reforms are considered.
Comparing models, the author formulates the primary goals of a new policy
of authorities and offers new economic mechanisms, financial tools and

The modern social and economic position of
Russia developed after overcoming of crisis on 1998 is considered. The
degree of achievement of six basic purposes formulated in the first message

Development of monetary theory, from the works
of classical and neoclassical schools, Cambridge theorists, Wicksell, Keynes,
Hicks, Friedman to those of the modern contributors. Two fundamental properties
of money are considered: to have the immediate and postponed use. These
performances are analyzed in the context of motivation models of economic
agents' behavior at shaping their transactions money demand and demand
for money as an economic asset. The author evaluates the possibility of
integration of the given models within the framework of the assets portfolio
theory. The special attention is given classical äèõîòîìèè - to an opportunity
of division monetary and real economy.
Katkalo V.S. Methodological Peculiarities and Development
Priorities of the Resource-Based View in Strategic Management Research.
The article defines the methodological peculiarities
of the resource-based view (RBV) which in the past decade has become a
dominant approach in the strategic management theory. The conclusion is
made that its «dynamic» is particularly promising for conceptualization
of the sources and mechanisms of firms’ competitive advantages in the early
XXI century’s economy. Priorities for contemporary development of the RBV
are specified.

From analyzing the condition and tendencies
of world economic development, the necessity of transition from mainly
rental to productive economy of innovational type in Russia is proved.
Leaning on the system engineering of national property and national dividend
as well as the rent concept of formation of budgetary incomes, a new structure
of inter-regional interactions and mutual relation between the state and
regions is proposed.

of Future Development of Fuel and Energy Complex in Eastern Areas of Russia
and their Delivery to the Countries of North East Asia.
The article considers the problem of forecasting
of future development of the relations in power engineering between Russia
and the countries of North East Asia in terms of mathematical models: 1)
models of internal consumption for regions of Siberia and the Far East;
2) export deliveries of power resources abroad. Calculations have shown
that in power of eastern areas of Russia proceed two parallel processes:
1) the share of export deliveries by 2015-2020 is likely to increase up
to 40% general manufacture; 2) the gain of internal consumption of power
resources is going to make only 0,4–0,5% per year.
Danilin V. Prime Cost Calculation of Goods by Means of Matrix
Models.
The article discusses the problem of formation
of the incomplete prime cost (based on only variable cost) and complete
prime cost (based on variable and fixed cost) of a firm product. As a basis
for the fixed cost distribution the gross (marginal) profit is used. As
an instrument for the calculation the modified matrix models are suggested.

Basing on the research of differentiation
of large enterprises in the Leningrad region and its reasons, the answer
is given whether large agrarian enterprises have a potential of growth,
and whether they are capable of adapting to the conditions changed during
the agrarian reforms.

The Russia economy has got prodigal character
as a result of captured it since 1992 of deep crisis of payments. Broken
thereof process of the manipulation of cost of the capital has caused deformation

of mitigation of consequences of crisis of payments, and also necessity

exceed income. Any activity which broadens this ability is known as an
investment in human capital. Capital may be invested by a worker, his parents,
sponsors, an enterprise where the man works, the government. The main investing
spheres are medicine and education. Nowadays little attention is paid to
local aspects of the problem. The aim of the local government is to create
an appropriate regional institutional environment and to promote a flow
of private investments into various branches of economy.
