Zoidov K.Kh. Methodological and Conceptual Problems of Developing
the Synthetic Theory of Overcoming Transformational Crisis.
Problems associated with developing the theory of transformational
crisis in the Russian economy are considered. Different approaches to crisis
situation are appraised. A methodological substantiation of overcoming
transformational crisis synthetic theory (OTCST) is made. Basic features
of this theory are defined.
