Titov V.V. Corporate Management: Problems of Effectiveness
and Coordination.
The paper considers economic mechanism of firms
cooperation within corporation. The mechanism leads to the balance of firms
interests under the distribution of system effect and joint production
profit among them. System effect is distributed, basing on solution of
multicriterion optimization problem. Distribution of profit according to
stages of manufacture of products operations under intercorporate prices
formation is made in proportion to a new value, namely, net product.
