Mechanisms for Regional Economic Systems’ Development.
Some problems of creation of information mechanisms
of regional economic systems are considered. The information and the knowledge
is treated as a resource and an element of economic system of Russia. The
conceptual approach to the mechanism of information resource management
and organization of information systems at various levels is justified.
