H. W. Privatization a la Russe: A “Different” Private Property.
Transformation process in the property relations,
which has been under way in Russia during the last 15 years, is studied.
Taking into account the changes in Russian legal system, the features of
property institution are discussed. Special attention is given to problems
of the relations between the authority and new proprietors.
