D.S. Lvov, V.G. Grebennikov, B.H. Yerznkyan. Institutional Analysis of Corporate Form of Enterprise.
    The nature and causes of formation of corporations in the West and in Russia are analyzed, and a comparative institutional analysis of different styles (ways of realization) of corporate forms of enterprises is given. Results of research indicate that in almost all the countries the formation and making of corporations has been accompanied with the myths of increase in production efficiency and emergence of an effective owner, while the formation of corporations as a form of organizing business first of all has been dictated by the necessity of attracting investments, for which a financial instrument like stock has been created. Classification of different corporate models based on institutional features, as well as classification of corporate forms of enterprises based on their participation or non-participation in the hierarchy or group is provided. Specific accent on the specific form of Russian managerial corporation, based on the personal interests of corporate management, is made.

A.I. Tatarkin, O.A. Romanova, I.N. Tkachenko. Formation and Development of the Institutes of Corporate Governance(the experience of regional research).
     The article analyzes the formation and development of the institutes of corporate governance. On the basis of the concrete materials of industry in Sverdlovsk oblast the authors examine the institutional structures and their ability to perceive democratic values. The paper focuses on the analysis of transaction expenses in dynamics, thein level and structure in regional aspect.

À.À. Afanasyev. On Barter, Causes of its Introducing and Existing, and Methods of its Removing.
     The author gives the definition of barter, investigates its forms and inconveniences, gives the opinions of authorities in economics on the causes of barter Introducing and on methods of its removing. One of the ways of barter introducing under scarcity of money in circulation, different from lack of changing coin and rigidity of relative prices to lowering, is investigated as well as the way of its removing under increasing the quantity of money in circulation. The article also involves analysis of barter expansion in post-planning economy of Russia.

N. Belousova, E. Vasilyeva, V. Livchits. Theoretical Problems of Natural Monopoly Reform Policy in Russia.
    The legislative documents on natural monopoly (NM) reform policy in Russia are considered in connection with modern NM theory. Principles of the effective reform policy elaboration are formulated. There are some proposals on optimization of NM by means of competition in the market. "Identification-optimization" scheme of NM reform policy is given. Under Russia's economy transition period the scheme is aimed to improve the decision making in the system of government regulation.

I.A. Tatarkin, E.M. Kozakov, V.N. Belyayev. Socio-Economic Mechanism of Rational Development of Mineral Resources.
    The authors raise the question of formation of a socio-economic mechanism for the development of regional mineral resources. The pivot of the mechanism should be the government regulation of the processes  associated with the development. The analysis of mechanisms for the regulation of mining development processes is provided on the basis of case studies of two subjects of the Russian Federation. Recommendations are given to make this mechanism socially oriented.

L.Ja. Êîsàls. Social Mechanism of Innovation: Comparative Analysis of Soviet and post-Soviet Periods.

    The article focuses on if this are the features of the social mechanism being formed for innovation in comparison with that in the Soviet era. It is stated that ineffective “semi-market” mechanism with some Soviet features (for example, significant authorities’ pressure on innovation process). Has been formed however, this mechanism possesses some features that are Lackingin both Soviet and market system, nameli, significant shadow activity as a part of innovation behavior; its principal agents being business clans which control the profits from innovation. The mechanism is promising only in case of the reform development.

V.Volkonsky. Spiritual Drama of Contemporary Russia.
    The spiritual-psychological conditions of a society exert decisive influence on demography dinamics, as well as the institutional system reliability which is the basis for healthy economy. At present the most acute existential problem for the mankind becomes the problem of social order, relations of person – State. In Russia schisms between “west- oriented” and “patriots”, between communists and Christians, prevent  the formation of efficient Government and ideology which may unite the people. The report is devoted to the analysis of controversial interrelations between socialism (communism), understood as spiritual stream permanently present in humane history, and Christianity.
